Copy the link, go to makevid… no… convertvid… no…

Yeah, you can drop the whole copying the link and going to another site to convert the video or adding a plugin to your browser. All you need to do is add ss in front of any youtube link (as shown in the pic above) and hit enter. You will have the option of choosing the quality of the video to download in the subsequent screen.

Just one catch though. You can only download files up-to 200MB. So if you are planning to download full length movies, this ain’t the best bet.
